O how swiftly things change. I was lamenting on the non appearance of our more colourful birds when up popped a couple of Greenfinches, a duo of Goldfinches, Long -tailed Tits and a Firecrest for good measure...yes sir...the Back garden is livelier than a Hobo's underpants.
