Photographed on Sunday at Penrice.  A lot of the cover behind the feeder has been cut down leaving a very open appearance. The small woodland birds were few and far between and the only positive was the Jay that made one sortie which I managed to capture.

The Jay landed in a tree adjacent to where I had parked ...I managed a quick burst of shots and it was game over as he flew off into the wood . I am still hoping he will land on the ground close by .
