Not Overjoyed to See Me


Goldfinch .....Carduelis carduelis
Goldie had just been on the feeder and I was lucky to get him/her on a perch.
Feeder shots to me never quite measure up so I try to avoid them best I can.

    Totally different from the American Goldfinch.
    Ours are far more colourful by far.
