Out and About.

Today was the first time for a long while we have ventured out of Town. The reward was three year ticks...Whitethroat and Wheatear at Ninestones and Sandwich Terns at Par.

My visit to a Private Site this morning turned up a pair of G.S.Woodpeckers together, Nuthatch, Coal Tits, Blue Tits, Great Tits, Robin, Pied Wagtail and Corvids overhead. Again no Jay.

  1. Trevor, you can't have it all in one day. I have yet to see a Jay close enough to even bother lifting the camera.

  2. Yes I suppose you are right Adrian. I have had the Jay , G.S Woodpecker and Nuthatch within ten foot of me and missed them all.
