Well what sometimes works for me is........point camera at bird and hope you do not frighten it....press shutter....pray to the gods of luck. Now what is your spotting advice?
Thanks Abbot! My advice was going to be about the same but substitute bins for camera! May be able to point you towards some of our "specials" if you like? PBW always offers a free guided tour of Musselburgh.
You both have given us a wide range of birds over the past week most of them I have never seen before thank you for sharing your photos with us.
