Garden Blue Tit.

Blue Tit .................Parus caeruleus
Tested out the camera in the garden trying to emulate the settings I had before it broke down.
The wooded backdrop is always dark so fast speeds are generally out.
I am reasonably happy with the result considering the conditions..but I expect better in the future.

  1. A true pro! I can never remember settings, so shoot in RAW, if it's important bracket a stop. then spend ages sorting out the resulting mess. looks sound as a pound to me.

  2. Thanks Adrian.

I think I should have said the Custom Settings which are used to fine tune the camera to suit my own shooting preferences which on the Nikon D300 are divided into six groups with multiple choices in each group. At a guess I would say there must be a hundred or more different settings at least.
