Moorhen at the Fort Copse

A days shopping in Truro was the order of the day. I arrived back home to see eight Long-tailed Tits on the fat balls..a record for the garden.

Also a strange bird has been glimpsed in the trees..we are pretty sure it is a Moorhen. A new record and unexpected garden list visitor.

Still no sign of the Firecrest or Goldcrest but we did have a lone Greenfinch visit...the first for many months.
